Prickly pear fizz

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz. Old Elk Bourbon

0.5 oz. Lime Juice

Prickly Pear Sparkling Water

Orange Soda

METHOD

In a highball glass with ice, combine Old Elk Bourbon and lime juice.

Stir to combine and top with equal parts prickly pear sparkling water and orange soda.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, slice of pear and a fresh blackberry.
