Hot Bourbon Cider, a spiked cider beverage that is warm, wintery and best enjoyed with company.

1 oz. Old Elk Bourbon
0.50 oz. Lemon juice
4-5 oz. Hot Apple Cider
In a cocktail glass, combine Old Elk Bourbon, lemon juice and hot apple cider. Mix in blueberries and apple slices as desired.
Winter Rita
The Winter Rita is our Old Elk seasonal rendition of the classic Margarita.
Garnish: Lime wheel dipped in cinnamon and a cinnamon stick

1.50 oz. Old Elk Bourbon
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.50 oz. Agave-cinnamon simple syrup*
Fill a rocks cocktail glass with ice and add Old Elk Bourbon, lime juice and agave-cinnamon simple syrup. Stir to combine and garnish with a cinnamon dipped lime wheel and cinnamon stick.

*How to make Agave-cinnamon simple syrup
Begin by toasting 6 cinnamon sticks in a pan on medium-high. Once sticks begin to smoke, add 12 ounces of agave and mix together. Strain cinnamon sticks, and voila. Enjoy.

Cranberry Contessa is simple, smooth and irresistibly sippable.
Garnish: Cranberry and Rosemary
Glassware: Cocktail
1 oz. Dry Town Gin
1 oz. Cranberry infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth*
0.50 oz. Aperol
Combine Dry Town Gin, cranberry infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth and Aperol in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a cranberry.

*How to make cranberry infused Dolin Dry Vermouth
Combine 16 ounces of whole cranberries and 4 ounces of sugar in a saucepan. Break cranberries up as sugar dissolves and cranberries begin to soften.
Add one 375ml bottle of Dolin Blanc Vermouth. Pour mixture into a sealed container and refrigerate to infuse for 24 hours. Strain out cranberries and refrigerate.
